Below I have attempted to fill out the Theory of Change worksheet. However, I was unsure on what to put in "What steps are are needed to bring about change?" column. Perhaps add a brief description of the fund application process? (as well as the Key Assumption boxes). I think I will have a better understanding once the worksheet is completely finished.
My mentor at my internship at the YMCA is a 21st century director. It’s great that this helps fund Afterschool programs.

Part of what I am realizing through the blog posts is not only that I didn't provide enough explanation/ context for the assignment, but also that identifying the PROBLEM an organization seeks to address is complex! Looking forward to unpacking this this evening.

My internship also has 21st century locations and are always looking to fund an after school program that is safe, educational, and fun for the kids in there programs. Nice Job Yuselly!
